For the past few years, I had the privilege of leading an incredible team of speech, occupational, and physical therapists at Therapitas, a pediatric therapy practice for Latino children in Oklahoma. Now, at ONE I have the opportunity to work with passionate therapists all over the country who are making a real impact in their communities.

At ONE, we believe that a therapist should not have to sacrifice their family, financial security, or happiness to run their clinic. I love coming to work everyday alongside our central team to ensure that we are making this belief a reality for our members.

My wife and I have four children which we homeschool and are highly involved in our church in Oklahoma.

Danny Watson

I spent the first decade of my career as an engineer in the oil and gas world. I've helped oversee the development of billions of dollars of assets, built an entire engineering team from scratch, and was the company's expert witness when required from a technical standpoint. When I was presented with the chance to take over operations for ONE, I knew it was an opportunity I could not pass up.

I love that ONE provides a way for its members to not simply survive, but thrive in growing practices that make a difference in so many lives in the communities we serve. I love coming to work everyday because this is the best team I've ever had the pleasure to serve alongside. I am inspired when I see the intentional application of clinical knowledge by our clinicians as they help our kiddos; however, most of the time the children perceive it as a fun time with a caring friend. The intersection of evidence-based practice and genuine care for others is a beautiful place.

My wife and I have two beautiful daughters and one very fluffy Goldendoodle. I love to spend time with family and friends. I also enjoy running, cooking (and eating) delicious vegan food, and traveling!

Andy Nelson

I invested the first 17 years of my engineering career into the National Defense Programs surveillance and Federal Aviation Administration radar engineering programs. I led a team that developed numerous critical applications that support the safety of the flying public, and the sovereignty of the United States air space.

Growing up, I received intense pediatric therapy, but I never dreaded going because I loved my therapist. If I can help therapists keep their focus on the children, the children will feel loved.

I love the idea of teams coming together to accomplish a mission where everyone wins. One Therapy Network is an "everybody" wins concept. Families, patients, clinicians, and owners all win when we work together.

I have an amazing wife of 17+ years who owns an award winning art studio for children K-12. We have three kids that love art, soccer, and food. We are a family that is driven by a faith in Jesus, passion for excellence, and having fun together and in our community. I am also a nationally licensed soccer coach.

Libby Light-Motley

One of the aspects I love most about our mission is that I get to have a hand in making someone's dreams come true. I find it very motivating to help a struggling clinic or a non-existent clinic flourish into a thriving and positive business. I also really enjoy working with therapists because their desire to help others is what drew them to their career. As a result, I am automatically getting to work with compassionate and friendly people.

I met my husband in a German language theater class at Texas State University and we've been together ever since. I have a dog. In my spare time I like to attend dog obedience classes, watch art films, sew my own clothes and go to Comic Cons. One of my greatest passions is traveling, I've been to almost 20 countries thus far!

Tanner Ball

I love the community aspect of ONE. I like being part of a team whose goal is to bring people together so everyone can be better. I love working with therapists because they're passionate people and care about helping others. In my experience, they've also been smart, funny, and a joy to work with. I also enjoy thinking creatively to solve new problems and coming up with innovative ways to help people - whether it be people in the central office, our therapists, or ultimately our patients.

My wife and I are expecting our first child in January of 2020. I like to play basketball, read books, listen to podcasts, and hunt and fish.

Adam Kerley

I enjoy coming to work and knowing that my actions have a direct impact on a family's life in a positive way. Our members have a real heart for their patients and I love supporting them so that they can make extraordinary changes in the lives of the children they serve.

I am married to a beautiful woman and we have two of the best kids any man could ask for. My family and I are always together, either doing something outdoors or just lounging about. I enjoy riding motorcycles with my son, running, and working out.

Annie Hobrock

I spent two years right out of college working alongside a therapist. I got to see them working hard every day to provide the best quality of therapy they can offer for their patients. I love the servant's heart of a therapist and want to help them anyway I can. Now at ONE, I love knowing that when I come to work I am helping make a difference in a child's life!

My husband and I have six "fur" children. We have three horses, two cats, and one dog. One day, we hope to have children to add to our already large family. I work out at an incredible gym. I show Paint/Pinto horses on a national level. I also love getting to spend time with my family and in-laws and enjoy going to see movies with my husband.

Tiffany Spurgeon

Director of Insurance and Billing

I have over two decades of experience in healthcare billing, beginning with Ambulatory Surgery and working my way to running the entire Revenue Cycle Department for a surgical hospital. Throughout this time, I’ve been able to progressively work all aspects of the medical billing process.

I love knowing that our work alleviates the pressures associated with insurance for our members so they can fully focus on providing excellent patient care. Also, I love the culture at ONE. We have an amazing team who genuinely love their jobs – it’s so contagious!

I’ve been married to my husband for 15 years and we have two wonderful kids. The majority of my time outside of work is spent with my family at the lake, traveling, or relaxing on the patio.
